ABOUT THIS GAME 

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS: GO) will expand upon the team-based action game-play that it pioneered when it was launched 14 years ago.CS: GO features new maps, characters, and weapons and delivers updated versions of the classic CS content (de_dust, etc.). In addition, CS: GO will introduce new game-play modes, matchmaking, leader boards, and more.

"Counter-Strike took the gaming industry by surprise when the unlikely MOD became the most played online PC action game in the world almost immediately after its release in August 1999," said Doug Lombardi at Valve.

Color Mode - Computer Monitor

Aspect Ratio - Widescreen 16:9

Resolution - 1366 x 768 (You can set as per your choice)

Display Mode - Fullscreen

Laptop Power Savings - Disabled (If you have Laptop)

Global Shadow Quality - Very low

Model/Texture Detail - Low

Effect Detail - Low

Shader Detail - Low

Multicore Rendering - Enabled

Multisampling Anti-Aliasing Mode - None

Texture Filtering Mode - Bilinear

FXAA Anti-Aliasing - Disabled

Wait for Vertical Sync - Diabled

Motion Blur - Disabled

Click APPLY

You can set Model/Texture Detail, Effect Detail and Shader Detail to Medium as well.

 CREATE autoexec.cfg FILE 

Path : C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\cfg

Create a text file named autoexec in the above directory and save it with .cfg extension like this => autoexec.cfg

Paste the following commands in autoexec.cfg file. If you already have an autoexec.cfg, back it up and overwrite it with this one.

Launch CSGO

Open Console (~)

Enter the commands in the sequence below

snd_mix_async 1>Enter

snd_mixahead 0.05>Enter

snd_updateaudiocache>Enter

snd_rebuildaudiocache>Enter>Screen will load for some time like the image below, have patience and wait for the home screen.

 DOWNLOAD LATEST GPU DRIVERS 

Select 'Automatically Detect and Install Drivers' from the websites below for the respective GPUs.

nVidia - https://www.geforce.co.uk/drivers

AMD/Radeon - http://support.amd.com/en-us/download

Install the latest GPU Drivers and restart your computer.

 OTHER WINDOWS ACTIVITIES 

Disable Superfetch and Background Intelligent transfer service:

Task Manager>Services>Open Services>Right-Click on services(BITS and Superfetch)>Properties>Startup type : Disabled

Stop the service if it's running currently.

Disable unnecessary Start-up Application from task manager:

Task Manager>Startup>Disable the applications you do not want to run at Startup. 

Change power plans:

Start>Control Panel>Power Options> Set to 'High performance'.

High performance>Change plan settings>Change advanced power settings>Turn off hard disk after>Set 0

High performance>Change plan settings>Change advanced power settings>Processor power management>Minimum processor state>Set 100

High performance>Change plan settings>Change advanced power settings>Processor power management>System cooling policy>Set Active

High performance>Change plan settings>Change advanced power settings>Processor power management>Maximum processor state>Set 100

Clean junk files:

Use CCleaner to clean unwanted junk files.

 SETTING UP 'MessageSignaledInterruptProperties' 

This will give the highest FPS boost possible.

1. Open Device Manager>Display Adapters>Right-Cick on your display adapter(Either AMD or nVidia)>Properties>Details>Hardware IDs>Click on first one (this is your **GPU HWID**).

2. Start>Run>regedit

   

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\PCI\**GPU HWID**(Found in Step 1)\***NEXT FOLDER NAME***(can be a random number as per your drivers)\Device Parameters\Interrupt Management\

After finding Interrupt Management, follow the steps below:

1. Create key folder, named "MessageSignaledInterruptProperties" in Interrupt Management.

2. New DWORD 32-Bit, name it "MSISupported".

3. Value it to "1" with hexadecimal.

After this restart your computer.
